Return Policies:

- Merchandise must be exchanged/returned within 3 days.

- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

- Merchandise must have all tags attached.

- Merchandise on SALE cannot be exchanged/returned.

- Merchandise including accessories, headbands, scarves, socks, stockings, necklaces, and 

  swimsuits cannot be exchanged/returned.

- If you want to exchange/return the merchandise, you can contact us through customercare@tinysocks.com or 94931816 and we will arrange a pickup.

 

Shipping Policies:

- Shipping fee is not refundable when merchandise is exchanged/returned.

- Orders before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders after 12pm will be shipped next day.

- Orders made on Thursday after 12pm, Friday, and Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.
